What is a Sender's Email?

The "sender's email" is the email address you will use when sending emails through Wise Agent. If you are working in a team or have multiple email addresses, you will be able to create an email signature for each email address you will use for sending emails. To send emails through Wise Agent you will need to verify ownership of the email-sending address.

What do the icons next to the sender's email address mean?

  • Red Caution Icon: You have not confirmed ownership of the email address and are not able to send emails through the system using that address
  • Green Checkmark: Your email address has been confirmed for sending.

How do I verify my email address?

To verify your email address follow the instructions below:

  1. From the Email Signature page, enter the email address you wish to use as the sender's email, then click Save.
  2. The page will reload and a red pop-up message will appear letting you know an email has been sent to the address entered.
  3. In the email click on the button that says "Verify Email." You will be redirected to a confirmation page once completed.

Once you have successfully verified ownership of the sender's email you will be able to send emails through Wise Agent using that address. Keep in mind that verified emails will be sent with "@wa-delivery.com" at the end of the address.

For example, Rachel Green the Realtor has verified ownership of the email rachel@thehillzrealty.com and can now send emails through the system as "rachel=thehillzrealty@wa-delivery.com."

To send emails without "@wa-delivery" you will need to verify your email domain.

Verify Your Domain for Email Sending (optional):

To begin the domain verification process you will need to contact support to request DNS records. You can also click on the " Request DNS Records" link on the email signature page in your account.

Once you have requested DNS records from our support team you will need to complete the steps linked in this article to verify your domain. A verified email domain means that your emails will appear as being sent from your domain instead of "@wa-delivery.com." Keep in mind you can only verify domains that you or your company own and you must have access to the DNS settings. Emails with a public domain extension (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @icloud.com, etc.) will always be sent with the "@wa-delivery.com" email extension.
