How To Set Up WiseText SMS
💡 Important To Note
• Each text message sent consumes one credit. However, there is no charge if a contact responds to your SMS number via call or text.
• You can send up to 2,500 messages daily, with a limit of 250 contacts per mass text.
• Each SMS number incurs a monthly fee of $11, which covers 1,000 texting credits. Each text message you send from Wise Agent costs 1 credit. If a contact replies back to your SMS number, whether, by phone or text message, it will cost 0 credits.
• Unused purchased credits will roll over monthly. However, the 1,000 monthly credits included with your standard WiseText subscription do not roll over.
- From the sidebar, select Integrations ➜ Settings.
- In the right-hand column, find and select WiseText to expand the section.
- Within the WiseText section, click the Activate button.
- Proceed to make a one-time payment of $11.00 along with any additional A2P 10DLC Text Messaging registration fees on your billing page. Upon completing the payment, you'll be prompted to choose a Wise Text number.
- To choose an SMS number for texting, specify your Country. You may opt to select a region, area code, or number pattern, though it's optional. Click Next after making your selections.
- The system will provide a list of ten available SMS numbers. Click on a number to select it; it will then appear on the right side as your designated sender number. Once you've made your choice, click Next. In case a "No Numbers Found" message appears, you'll need to explore alternative options on the previous screen.
- Next, link your Wise Text number to a personal mobile phone. Upon assigning your new number, a verification code will be sent to the linked personal mobile phone for confirmation.
