How To Set Up WiseText SMS

To send text messages to clients through Wise Agent, you must first add WiseText to your subscription. Each SMS number incurs a monthly fee of $11, which covers 1000 texting credits. This charge is recurring and separate from your Wise Agent account's monthly fee. Please note that unused credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

1. Navigate to your Wise Agent account's left-side navigation bar and select "Integrations." Then, click on "Settings."


2. Within the WiseText section, click the Activate button.

3. Proceed to make a one-time payment of $11.00 along with any additional A2P 10DLC Text Messaging registration fees on your billing page. Upon completing the payment, you'll be prompted to choose a Wise Text number.

4. To choose an SMS number for texting, specify your Country. You may opt to select a region, area code, or number pattern, though it's optional. Click Next after making your selections.

5. The system will provide a list of ten available SMS numbers. Click on a number to select it; it will then appear on the right side as your designated sender number. Once you've made your choice, click Next. In case a "No Numbers Found" message appears, you'll need to explore alternative options on the previous screen.

6. Next, link your Wise Text number to a personal mobile phone. Upon assigning your new number, a verification code will be sent to the linked personal mobile phone for confirmation.

💡 Important To Note: Should you exit the module during the number selection process, you can access the Gear icon followed by Billing. From there, click the green checkmark next to the new Texting feature in your subscription plan to proceed with number selection. Alternatively, you can return to the Integrations>Settings dropdown, access the Wise Text section, and use the three-dot menu to select a number.

Additional Credits

Purchasing additional texting credits is available as a one-time purchase. (unused credits will roll over) The pricing for purchasing additional WiseSMS text credits is as follows:

  • $30: 1,850 credits
  • $50: 3,700 credits
  • $70: 5,550 credits
  • $90: 7,400 credits
  • $110: 9,250 credits
  • $130: 11,100 credits
  • $150: 12,950 credits
  • $170: 14,800 credits
  • $190: 16,650 credits
  • $210: 18,500 credits

💡 Important To Note: Sending each text message consumes one credit. However, if a contact responds to your SMS number, whether through a call or text, there will be no charge incurred. There is a daily limit of 2,500 messages, and you can send a mass text to a maximum of 250 contacts simultaneously.
