*IMPORTANT TEXT MESSAGING UPDATE*

Due to new regulations from U.S. mobile phone carriers, Wise Agent is required to update the terms of service for A2P 10DLC messaging. We see that you have not registered your texting number. To ensure compliance with these guidelines, you must register your texting number to send text messages through Wise Agent by no later than July 5th, 2023.

We would like to inform you that new regulations for using Application-to-Person (A2P) texting services will soon be enforced by phone carriers. If you have received this message, you are affected and must register by July 5th to continue messaging US numbers.

There are two registration paths available depending on whether you have an EIN or equivalent tax identification number.

If you do not have an EIN or equivalent tax identification number, you can register for the sole proprietor registration path within your Wise Agent account by clicking on this link.

Please note that a non-refundable $80 fee is required for registration, and this path only allows one WiseText number per account to send text messages to US numbers. If you need to register multiple numbers, you will need to register a new sole proprietor brand. You can request and receive an EIN same-day by following the steps here if you are a US-based business.

If you have an EIN or equivalent tax identification number, you can register for the standard brand registration path by submitting your information on this form. A member of our support team will contact you to assist you with the registration process. Please note that a non-refundable $80 fee is required for registration.

We would like to remind you that after August 31st, texts to US numbers from unregistered WiseText numbers will be blocked. It takes approximately 30 days to verify registrations, so we encourage you to complete yours soon to avoid any deliverability issues.
