To stay compliant with the A2P 10-DLC guidelines that are being enforced by network carrier providers and the TCR (The Campaign Registry)  all members must register as a brand in order to send text messages to contacts through a CRM.

 

Who Qualifies as a Standards Brand:
(Only members with an EIN number are eligible for standard brand registration)

Broker/Owners or members who want to purchase multiple texting numbers. As a standard brand, you will be registering your business as a brand. The information you input will be used to identify who you are to mobile network carriers when you send text messages to their recipients. We will also be submitting your "campaign use case." The campaign use case allows mobile network carriers to know the type of messages you will be sent to recipients. 

What are the limitations of a Standard Brand:
As a standard brand, you are allowed to purchase up to 500 texting numbers.  (this includes texting numbers purchased for inside and outside team members). If you are a broker/owner who needs to purchase more than 500 texting numbers for you and your agents, please contact our support to speak with a representative of our enterprise team.

Registration & Texting Fees:

Standard Brands: There is a one-time registration fee of $80. Payment is collected by a Wise Agent billing rep by charging the card on file associated with your account. Once payment has been fulfilled, we will submit your registration and payment to the TCR (The Campaign Registry). After registration, there is an $11 monthly fee for your texting number, which comes with 1000 text messages each month.

How to Register as a Standard Brand in Wise Agent:

Unlike the Sole Proprietor registration process, a Standard Brand registration must be completed by a member of the Wise Agent team and cannot be completed on your own.

To begin the brand registration process for a Standard Brand, please submit your information on the following Google Form.

We will need the following information:

  • Business Name
  • Business Address
  • Company Type (private or public)
  • Business Registration Number/Tax EIN
  • Industry
  • Website URL
  • Regions of Operation
  • Authorized Business Representative Information
  • First and Last Name of Authorized Business Representative
  • Authorized Representative Email Address:
  • Title
  • Mobile number: This mobile number is critical in the registration process and is used for sending a One Time Password (OTP) verification request from the TCR (The Campaign Registry), which you must respond to. This must be a valid US or Canadian mobile number.
  • Job Position (Director/VP/GM/General Counsel/CEO/CFO):

Please note that if your campaign fails, Wise Agent will attempt to resubmit your campaign registration. If the campaign fails after the first free submission we charge the $15 fee for each additional submission and sent directly to the TCR.

Once the form has been submitted a member of our team will reach out to you within 2-4 business days to begin the registration process.
