Step 1: Capturing Your Wise Agent API Key

  1. Login to your Wise Agent account.
  2. From the sidebar, select Integrations, then click Settings from the menu.
  3. On the Integrations Settings page, locate and click on the API Keys and Lead Email tab and click to expand.
  4. From this section, locate and copy your API Key.
    💡 Your API Key is specific to your Wise Agent account and is used for capturing leads from various sources.

Step 2: Adding Your API Key Into Landvoice

  1. Sign in to your Landvoice account.
  2. Once logged in, click on Account Settings at the bottom left corner of the navigation panel.
  3. Within Account Settings, under My Account, locate Data Integrations.
  4. Select Wise Agent under the Data Partner drop-down, then paste your Wise Agent API Key from Step 1 into the provided field.
  5. Click on Save Changes to complete the integration setup.

Voila! You have successfully integrated Wise Agent into your Landvoice account! 

Important Details & Landvoice Lead Types

Once set up, new Landvoice leads will automatically appear in your Wise Agent account the next day and will update each night.
Leads will populate your Call List and Contact List, organized under categories: LandvoiceCanceled, LandvoiceExpired, and LandvoiceFSBO for easy tracking.

  • LandvoiceExpired: Offers a Basic and Pro version with 60%-95% contact accuracy on expired listings, including cell phone numbers.
  • LandvoiceFSBO: Aggregates FSBO leads from 2,000 sources, providing daily email updates with property and contact details.
  • Neighborhood Search: Allows unlimited searches by address, revealing nearby homeowners’ contact information.
  • Pre-Foreclosures: Provides access to thousands of pre-foreclosure records, including motivated sellers who may be looking to sell quickly.
