Step 1: Creating A "Placeholder Property"
- From the sidebar, navigate to Properties ➜ Add Property.
- Enter a placeholder property address (the specific address is not critical as it will be removed later), then click Save.
Step 2: Adding Details
- After saving your "property", you will be redirected to the Edit Property page.
- Begin by uploading an image to the property, such as a "register now" infographic or another visually appealing graphic. This image will be included in your Sign Rider SMS message.
- Scroll down to the Property Details section and locate the Address. Click on the Menu Icon and remove the address from ALL of the fields. Once completed, click on the blue ✔ Done button.
- In the Web Link field, input your desired URL.
💡 Important To Note
We strongly advise against using Bit.ly links, as they will trigger the recipient's carrier to block the message. Opt for full, descriptive URLs to ensure smooth transmission and recipient engagement. - Once all details have been added, click the green Save button in the bottom right-hand corner.
Step 3: Utilizing The Sign Rider Code
- On the Edit Property page, find and click the Sign Rider button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Once selected, a window will appear where you will copy your unique code. This code will be utilized in your SMS text message in place of a URL.
To prevent your messages from being filtered, include this code in place of a URL in your WiseText SMS message. For example, your mass text message could describe an upcoming online event and include a message such as, "Reply 9917 to register today!" When recipients reply with the code, they will automatically receive the registration link that you input on the Property Profile!
Each "property" in your property list will have a unique code. When a client texts this code to your WiseText number, they will automatically receive a text message with the details listed on your Property Profile.
