In this one-time service, you’ll work with a CRM Rehab specialist who will use their proprietary app to reorganize, remove duplicates, and properly label your contacts — delivering a well-structured database designed to help you manage your day-to-day business more effectively.

How CRM Rehab Works

  1. Sign Up & Schedule Your Session
    Visit the CRM Rehab registration page to sign up for the service, pay the one-time discounted fee, and schedule your guided appointment.

  2. Guided Database Cleanup
    During your scheduled session, a CRM Rehab specialist will guide you through the process of importing your existing contacts into their system. Using their app, they will:

    • Remove duplicates

    • Apply labels or tags

    • Clean and reorganize your contact information

  3. Receive Your Updated Database
    Within approximately 7 days, you’ll receive an updated CSV file containing your newly cleaned and organized contacts.

Importing Your Updated Contacts into Wise Agent

There is no integration required between Wise Agent and CRM Rehab. Once you receive your updated CSV file, you have two options:

Option 1: Let Wise Agent Help You Import

We recommend forwarding the CSV file to our Wise Agent Support Team at support@wiseagent.com.
Our team will review your file to ensure it’s properly formatted and assist with the import process.

(This option is best if you’re unsure whether your CSV headers match Wise Agent’s import fields.)

Option 2: Import Contacts Yourself

If you prefer to handle the import on your own, you may update your CSV file headers to align with Wise Agent’s contact fields and complete the import directly from your account.
