Set up Your Wise Agent Integration

How to Activate:

Now that you have your Happy Grasshopper account active, set up your Wise Agent integration using the steps below:

In Happy Grasshopper: 

  1. Log into your Happy Grasshopper account.
  2. Click on your Profile Image
  3. Click Integrations
  4. You will need to name your API key. Once a name has been selected your API key will be generated.
  5. Copy the API Key you just created. 

In Wise Agent

  1. Log into Wise Agent
  2. From your navigation menu on the left select INTEGRATIONS
  3. Select the sub-option: SETTINGS
  4. Click Happy Grasshopper from the list of available integration options.
  5. Enter your email address and Happy Grasshopper API Key.
  6. Click Save. 

Add Wise Agent Contacts to Happy Grasshopper

Now that you have added your integration, let's learn how to push your Wise Agent contacts to Happy Grasshopper.

In Wise Agent

  1. Click Contacts, then select Contact List
  2. Select the Contact(s) you would like to add to Happy Grasshopper by selecting the checkbox to the left of each contact name. 
  3. Click the Actions menu and select the "Add to Happy Grasshopper" option. 
  4. The page will refresh and  an "Add to Happy Grasshopper" button will appear above the first contact's name.
  5. A dialog box will appear, once the contact(s) have been added, that will say "Finished". Click "OK".

 

From the Integrations Menu page:

  1. After clicking "Integration" from the sidebar then "Settings", locate the Happy Grasshopper, click on the down arrow and enter your Happy Grasshopper login information.

  2. Click “Activate”.

NOTE: Contacts added to Happy Grasshopper will be tagged with “Wise Agent” along with their Wise Agent Categories, and Source.
