How to Set Up a Two-Way Sync between PrimeStreet and Wise Agent via API Nation
Wise Agent has partnered with API Nation to give you the option to set up a two-way sync with PrimeStreet. If you do not have an API Nation account and would like to learn more, click here. Now you can access your PrimeStreet referrals directly from your Wise Agent dashboard, making nurturing your leads easier than ever. Follow the steps below to learn how you can set up an integration to have your PrimeStreet referrals added to your Contact list in Wise Agent
To set up your Sync, follow the steps below:
SET UP YOUR CONNECTIONS:
- Visit APINation.com and sign in by clicking the Log In button on the top left corner of the screen.
- Once logged in, search for the Wise Agent application under the All Applications tab.
- Once you've highlighted the Wise Agent option, select PrimeStreet as the corresponding App under the Integrations tab.
- Click the Activate button next to the sync you'd like to initiate. There are four options available to choose from.
NOTE: There are four options available the API Nation integration between PrimeStreet and Wise Agent allows a two-way sync of data. This means you can specify if you would like to push leads INTO Wise Agent or FROM Wise Agent. (While you can set up your integrations in any order, we recommend beginning with your Contacts, then Notes.)
- Once you've clicked Activate you will be redirected to a page prompting you to sign into your Wise Agent account. To set up the connection, sign in using the same credentials that you use to sign into your Wise Agent CRM.
- You will then be redirected to the next Connect page where you will be prompted to sign into your PrimeStreet account. Again, use the same credentials that you use to sign into your PrimeStreet account.
MAPPING YOUR DATA - Once connected, the next step is to add your sync settings by mapping your contact data that transfers from PrimeStreet to Wise Agent. Here you'll need to make sure that you're mapping data received from PrimeStreet so that it filters into the correct place within the Wise Agent contact record. For example, using the screenshot below you can see the PrimeStreet field for First Name is listed in the correct corresponding field in Wise Agent for First Name. Be sure to review these selections to ensure that the data you have access to in PrimeStreet is mapping correctly in Wise Agent.
- Once you have completed with mapping your data, scroll back to the top of this page and click ACTIVATE SYNC. Once your live, you should see "Sync is running" as pictured below.
Now that your contacts are set up to flow FROM PrimeStreet to Wise Agent, you can complete the same set of steps to set up the same configuration for your PrimeStreet Notes.
