What is API Nation?

API Nation is an integrations platform designed to give you the ability to connect your real estate tools and automate workflows , ensuring data flows searmlessly across your business. Is there a cost to use API Nation?

What is an "App"?

Apps are the various platforms and systems made available within the API Nation network. 

What is a "Sync"?

A sync is the pre-built connection made between each app.

What is a "Record"?

A record is the instance of data being transferred, This could be qualified as a new lead being created within Wise Agent, or a new note added to an existing contact record. Any instance of a piece of data being synced TO or FROM your Wise Agent CRM is considered a record. 

What is a "Connection?"

A connection is the instance of signing into the app you wish to sync. For example, if you wish to set up a sync to send leads FROM PrimeStreet to Wise Agent, you would need to set up a "connection" by signing into your Wise Agent CRM, and your PrimeStreet dashboards from directly within the API Nation system. (This is done during the sync set up.) To use the API Nation syncs you must have an active account for each app you wish to sync. For example if you do not have an active PrimeStreet account you cannot set up a sync into Wise Agent.
Note: This sync is performed at the Agent level in Wise Agent and synced data is specific to the connected Wise Agent account.

Is there a limitation on the number of syncs I can set up to use with my Wise Agent app in API Nation?

No, however, there is currently a limitation on the number of apps that sync with Wise Agent within API Nation's system.  

What apps are available to use with the Wise Agent app in API Nation? 

Currently, the apps that can be set up to sync with Wise Agent are PrimeStreet and Google Contacts. 

Will more syncs be made available in the future?

The following information in Wise Agent is available for syncing to other Contact Management Systems. Contacts in Wise Agent are identified via their email, phone, and name (in that order).
