Wise Agent has partnered with Houston MLS so you can easily connect your listings to your CRM. From the properties page, you will be able to import a list of properties into your account so you can manage and market your properties within Wise Agent. Follow the instructions below to get started with this integration:
- From your Wise Agent account click on "Integrations" on the navigation bar and then on "Settings"
- On the Integrations page scroll down to the "MLS" header and then click on the drop-down arrow
- Under the MLS section click on the green "Add MLS Account" button select Houston Association of Realtors as your MLS provider from the drop-down provided and then select your office/brokerage name. (If you do not see your office/brokerage listed under Houston MLS you will need to contact mls@wiseagent.com- we will need the name of the firm/brokerage and address as well as the name of the broker/owner and their contact info)
- Once you have selected your MLS provided you will then select your office enter your MLSID and then save.
Now that you have activated the Houston MLS access on your account, you will have the ability to import listings from your MLS directly into the Wise Agent properties page.
- From the navigation bar in your account, click on the "Properties" menu and then on "Property List"
- On the Property List page, click on the "Import MLS" button.
- You will then select the MLS account from which you wish to import your properties.
The system will then pull a list of all of the properties listed on your MLS account, you will then be able to select the properties you wish to import or you can choose the select all option.
Once you have selected your properties the page will refresh and your newly added properties will appear on your list.
Now that you've added your properties to your account you'll be able to manage and market your properties directly from Wise Agent!
