Wise Agent has partnered with Global MLS so you can easily connect your listings to your CRM. From the properties page, you will be able to import a list of properties into your account so you can manage and market your properties within Wise Agent.
Follow the instructions below to get started with this integration:
1. From your Wise Agent account click on the "Integrations" drop-down and then on "Settings"
2. On the Integrations page scroll down to the "MLS" header and then click on the dropdown arrow
3. Under the MLS section click on the green "Add MLS Account" button and select Global MLS from the drop-down provided
4. On the next modal, you will enter your MLS ID and Select your Office from the dropdown. (If you do not see your office in the drop-down please follow the steps in this article or contact our support for further assistance).
Now that you have successfully connected your MLS to Wise Agent you can start adding properties directly from your MLS account to the properties page in Wise Agent. Wise Agent will pull the property information from the MLS including the listing price, property details, images, and the listing date.
1. From the top navigation bar in your account, click on the "Properties" drop-down menu and then on "Property List"
2. On the Property List page, click on the "Import MLS" button.
3. You will then select the MLS account from which you wish to import your properties from.
4. The system will then pull a list of all of the properties listed on your MLS account, you will then be able to select the properties you wish to import or you can choose the select all option.
5. Once you have selected your properties the page will refresh and your newly added properties will appear on your list.
