Navigating To Your Drip Campaigns

From the sidebar, select Marketing➜ Drip Campaigns.

Creating A New Campaign

On the Marketing Program page, click the ✚ button on the right-hand side to start a new campaign. 

From our Drip Campaign tool, you have two options; You are able to create a custom program with your own content or you can customize one of our stock programs. 



Custom Program
Design a campaign from the ground up with your personalized content.

Stock Programs
Utilize our pre-designed programs, tailored for different lead types and outreach methods, available in both English and Spanish.

Follow the corresponding steps below based on your selection!

Creating A Custom Program

Step 1: Program Settings

  • On the settings page, you can name your campaign, add a description, and choose the color that events will appear on your calendar.
  • Select the day you want new contacts to start (e.g., any day, Mondays, Tuesdays, etc)

💡 Important To Note

  • To have completed contacts automatically start a new campaign once finished, select the campaign from your drop-down list

 

Once your selection has been made, proceed to step 2 by clicking Save at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Events

Name and Description
Name your program and add a description.

Color
Select a color from the dropdown. This will be the color of the event that shows on your calendar on various days when an event is scheduled to go out to 1 or more clients!

Start New Clients On
Choose a day you wish to start newly added clients on, or maintain the Any Day of The Week selection.

Exclude Weekends
Select the radio icon next to Yes or No.

Auto Send
Ensure Auto Send is check marked ! If this is not selected, your Drip Campaign will not go out automatically and must be manually pushed.

Next Program
Automatically add completed contacts to the next program

Once your selections have been completed, click Next.

Step 3: Set Up Actions

Select which event you wish to edit

Configure actions for each event, such as sending an email, printing a letter, making a call, printing a newsletter, or sending a text message. Repeat these steps for each action in your program, with the number of actions varying based on your input from Step 1.

  1. Under Event Details, enter a name and description for the event.
    💡 Important to Note
    The name entered here will appear on your calendar on the scheduled days when the event is set to be sent to one or more clients. We recommend choosing a name related to the content you are sending, for easy reference when viewing your daily calendar or agenda!

  2. Next, modify the Days From The Start and the Preferred Time as desired.
    💡 Important to Note
    The days from the start will increment automatically with each event, according to the number of days specified between events in Step 1.

  3. For Event Type, select either Drip or Fixed Date.
    You have the flexibility to alternate between drip and fixed date types for each event, tailoring the campaign to your needs.

    Drip Event Type
    Actions are spaced out based on the specified number of days between each event, creating a gradual sequence.
    Fixed Date Event Type
    Events are scheduled to send on specific dates, providing precise timing for each action. 

    • Send Email
    Add a subject line and content, use a stock program, or create custom content. Customize the salutation and branding, and use the toolbar to add images or YouTube videos. Preview or send a test email.

    • Print Letter (not automated)
    Select a saved letter from Wise Agent, customize it, and print it manually.

    • Call on the Phone (semi-automated)
    Add contacts to your call list and save call scripts. Use the Built-In Power Dialer, Mojo, PhoneBurner, or call from your browser or mobile phone.

    • Print Newsletter (not automated)
    Select a saved newsletter from your CRM, hit "Save," and print when needed.

    • Send Text Message
    Set up a text message with your text number, message, and optional video or image attachment. Integrate BombBomb for video attachments, and preview or send a test message.

  4. Once your action has been completed, click Save at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next steps.

Step 4: Add Contacts

  1. Select Add Contacts

 

 

  1. Select Contacts
    Navigate through the Add filters to select contacts by group or utilize the Search field to find specific connections if needed, then click the Search button to execute your selection.
    Choose the contacts you want to add to your marketing program. Checkmark ✓ the names of the contacts you want to add, or check Select All.
  2. Select a Start Date and click Add Contacts


Utilizing A Stock Program

Step 1: Set Up Events

To begin, select the add campaign button and select 

Select if you are wanting an English or Spanish stock campaign

Here you can filter the stock campaigns to find the type of campaign you are looking for, and then click on the campaign to select it

To preview the contents of an event, click on the magnifying glass icon. (to remove the preview, click on the icon again!). Then select Copy Program to start customizing the campaign.

Step 2: Program Details

Under Program Details, you can enter or modify the stock campaign's details.
For stock campaigns, the title and description will be automatically filled based on your selection, but you can customize them as needed!

Step 3: Set Up Actions

For stock campaigns, all actions are pre-configured and ready to go!
We recommend carefully reviewing each action as some stock campaigns may require you to input or modify information specific to your needs. Repeat these steps for each action in your program, with the number of actions varying based on your stock campaign selection in step 1.

  1. Under Action Type, content for each action is already prepared. You have the option to customize this content as needed.
    💡 Important To Note
    Even though actions are pre-set, we recommend reviewing each one as some stock campaigns may require you to input or modify specific information to suit your needs. You can edit the action by selecting the Edit Action button of the action type you wish to edit


• Send Email

    Select the Add Contacts button at the top of the campaign

  • Select Contacts
    1. Navigate through the Add filters to select contacts by group or utilize the Search field to find specific connections if needed, then click the Search button to execute your selection.
      Choose the contacts you want to add to your marketing program. Checkmark ✓ the names of the contacts you want to add, or check Select All.
    2. Select a Start Date and click Add Contacts
