First, you will need your Personal ID from your ARMLS account to connect this integration.
To Find your Personal ID you will need to log into your armls.flexmls.com account.
Once Logged in you will see a drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner with your Initials. Click that then click “My Profile”.
On the My Profile page, you will want to Highlight your Personal ID number (make sure not to copy any spaces at the front or end of the number.)
Once highlighted, you will want to copy your personal ID by right-clicking and selecting copy
Now that you have your Personal ID copied, you'll need to log in to your Wise Agent account to finish setting up the integration
From your Wise Agent account click on the "Integrations" drop-down and then on "Settings"
On the Integrations page scroll down to the "MLS" header and then click on the dropdown arrow
Under the MLS section click on the green "Add MLS Account" button and select your MLS provider from the MLS System drop-down
Next, you will Select your Office from the dropdown. (if you do not see your office listed please review this article)
Once you have selected your office you will then enter your Personal MLS ID in the provided "ID" section and then click "Save" to activate the integration.
Now that you have successfully connected your MLS to Wise Agent you can start adding properties directly from your MLS account to the properties page in Wise Agent. Wise Agent will pull the property information from the MLS including the listing price, property details, images, and the listing date.
From the top navigation bar in your account, click on the "Properties" drop-down menu and then on "Property List"
On the Property List page, click on the "Import MLS" button.
You will then select your MLS account from which you wish to import your properties from
The system will then pull a list of all of the properties listed on your MLS account, you will then be able to select the properties you wish to import or you can choose the select all option
Once you have selected your properties the page will refresh and your newly added properties will appear on your list.
Now that you've added your properties to your account you'll be able to manage and market your properties directly from Wise Agent!
