How can I register to use Wise Agent Offers?
Click the Sign Up button located within your Integration Settings within your Wise Agent CRM account. A notification will be sent to our billing team to get your account updated. Once you have confirmed the monthly $99 fee has been added to your account, you will receive a link for you to register. What information is needed to register?
To complete the registration form you will need to provide your first and last name, email address, a valid mobile phone number, a unique password, and your business name and subdomain, or the personal domain you'd like to use when creating your account. (Subdomains are used to create your unique home valuation and cash offer links and will be publicly facing.)
I have updated my monthly invoice and received the registration link to sign up. What should I use for my business name and subdomain?
We recommend using the business name tied to your Real Estate business or brokerage for both your business name and subdomain. (NOTE: Subdomains can be changed but once updated any existing links that have been shared to your leads will no longer work. Be sure that when registering you select a subdomain that you intend to use permanently to avoid any issues in the future.)
I've registered and now have access to my Wise Agent Offers dashboard, is there an onboarding process or get started tutorial to make sure I am set up properly? how do I set up the Wise Agent CRM integration?
Yes! Upon completing the registration you should automatically receive an email from the onboarding team offering for you to schedule a onboarding call. If you have not received the email you can also click Join Onboarding Call within your Wise Agent Offers dashboard to select from the list of available calendar appointments.
How can I set up the Wise Agent CRM integration?
Once you've completed the registration and gained access to your Wise Agent Offers dashboard, you should be prompted to schedule an onboarding call during which you will be walked through how to complete this integration. I have an IDX Home Search Website; how can I set up that integration?
The Wise Agent Offers team will set up your website for you! Simply click Add Your Personal Website and complete the form. From there, the Wise Agent Offers support team will connect with you to get your Wise Agent Offers widget added to your site.
I've completed the Wise Agent Offers integration with Wise Agent. Will every lead that requests a home valuation or cash offer be added to my Wise Agent CRM?
Yes. Once your Wise Agent Offers integration has been set up, any lead or potential lead that fills out the form for more information on a Home Valuation or Cash Offer will automatically be added to your Wise Agent contact list.
What information is sent to my Wise Agent CRM when a lead is created?
The contact created in your Wise Agent dashboard will include the contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, and addresses. In addition to the basic contact information, you will also receive any applicable notes including property details, including number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, valuation estimates, cash offer amounts, and any other miscellaneous property details. A personalized link will also be added for any valuations and cash offers within the contact notes.
If a lead creates a request for a Home Valuation/Cash Offer, will I have the ability to view the information generated?
This information will be made available in your Wise Agent Offers dashboard as well as within the Wise Agent dashboard. A personalized link will also be added to the Wise Agent contact record. So you can access that information or resend it to your lead as necessary.
Is there an easy way to determine which leads have requested a Home Valuation or Cash Offer?
Each lead created will have a category added to the Wise Agent contact record in addition to a unique source name. You will also have access to your own personal Wise Agent Offers dashboard as soon as you sign up where you can see a full list of every lead/visitor updated in real time.
Will my home valuation/cash offer links be added to my Wise Agent signature automatically?
No. You will need to manually add your personalized links to your Wise Agent signature. Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to add those links to your email signature.
Are the pre-built SMS/Email templates in Wise Agent Offers compatible with my Wise Agent CRM?
Yes, upon selecting the Email Marketing/Database Engagement option in your Wise Agent Offers dashboard, you can indicate which CRM you use and the templates that are generated can be copied and pasted right into your Wise Agent CRM. These emails are also designed to work with the existing placeholders in Wise Agent, so there is no need to make any adjustments. You can copy, paste, and send!
