How does the Integration work?
This integration allows you to push specific contacts from your Wise Agent contact list to your ExpressCopy address book. This is only a one-time push and does not update client information automatically or sync any data between the two platforms.
How to Activate ExpressCopy:
- Log in to your Wise Agent account.
- From the navigation sidebar, select Integrations ➜ Settings.
- On the Integration Settings page, find the ExpressCopy option on the left-hand side and select it.
- From here you can click to "Learn More, "Sign-Up," or "Login" to an existing account.
- Once activated you should see your email address saved in the ExpresCopy section.
Pushing Contacts to ExpressCopy:
- From the navigation sidebar, click on Contacts ➜ Contact List.
- On the Contact List page, you can use the advanced filters to find a specific group of clients you wish to import to ExpressCopy.
- After selecting your desired group of contacts, click on the "Actions" drop-down and then on "Add to Express Copy"
- You will be redirected to a page titled "Add to Express Copy" from here you can confirm your select contacts and click on the blue "Add to Express Copy" button to send the selected clients to your Express Copy address book.
- Once complete you can click on the yellow "Go To Express Copy" button to complete your mailer.
Note: You can only view list names and total number of contacts (addresses) in Express Copy. You can not edit client information from the Express Copy dashboard.
Managing ExpressCopy Lists:
Once you've pushed over a list of contacts to Express Copy you can rename your lists or delete your lists.
- Login to Express Copy then click on Address Files under the "My Files" header.
- On the next page, you will see a list of your imported files.
- To edit a file name click in the text editor to type in the new name of the file then click out of the text editor to save your changes.
- You can also delete address files by clicking on the "x" next to the file name.
