How to Set Up Email Parsing:

1.Log into your Wise Agent account and click Contacts > Lead Rules. On the Lead Management page scroll down to the "Email Leads" section and copy your unique lead capture email.

2. Login to http://admin.voicepad.com/Login.

3. Go to “My Profile”.  

4. Under Email, enter your Wise Agent email address then save.

5. Click “Email Options” and set the “Send Email Upon Inquiry” to “On”.

6. Send a test inquiry to verify the information is coming into Wise Agent correctly.
