Wise Agent has integrated with Google allowing you to sync your contacts and calendar items between Wise Agent, Google, and your Android or iOS device. This sync option will not require a paid Google account, and there will not be any additional fees to activate this feature on your Wise Agent account. However, if you would like to sync Outlook > Google > Wise Agent, it's a little tricky! To sync Google contacts with Outlook, you must use the paid version of Google Apps - the synchronization is no longer supported with a free Google account.
The following link will provide more information on "Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook" and highlight things you'll want to consider, or avoid doing when syncing Outlook via Google Apps.
Google Contacts - Outlook
You will have the option to access your Google calendar in Outlook. This is not a true sync, it's basically rendering your Google calendar to Outlook, which will not merge the two calendars into one. You will be able to add/edit your Google calendar events from Outlook. However, if you get an email and choose the option "copy to calendar" it will add the event to your Outlook calendar, not to the Google calendar. Just as a warning - syncing your calendar from Outlook > Google > Wise Agent is not really a sync, but a copy of your Google calendar. For more information, please click the following link:

Render Google Calendar to Outlook:
1. Right-click on your calendar in Outlook and select Properties
2. On the Home Page tab - enter http://www.google.com/calendar/render
3. Check "Show Home Page by Default"
4. Click "Apply" and then "OK"
I hope this helps you determine if this method of synchronization will work best for you. Please contact our Support Team, via the "Contact Us" button with any additional questions.
