Shared Content

Your brokerage has a certain tone and aesthetic that you want to be portrayed throughout all of your team’s marketing efforts. Our shared content feature is perfect for this because it lets you curate content for emails, letters, and text messages, save them to your content library, and then the agents on your team can then send them out on their behalf. The best part? It will only take a few clicks for you to share content with your teams. From there they are able to send it out as emails completely branded with their logos, agent photos, and contact information.

Your Content Library can be found under your Marketing drop-down alongside your other real estate marketing tools in Wise Agent. You can manage, edit, and share your saved real estate content from this page in your CRM.

To share content you have created, simply click on the share icon & select the team members you wish to share with!

 

 

Drip Campaigns

Many brokers supply their agents with pre-made marketing materials and content such as drip campaigns. Sharing these campaigns to your team or brokerage can be time-consuming and tedious, but with Wise Agent, it is as simple as hitting a share button.

You can send over multiple campaigns for agents to use for any scenario they may find themselves in. You can also customize our stock drip campaigns to reflect your businesses’ tone and brand and share that customized campaign with your agents.

  1. From the left-side navigation bar, click Marketing and select "Drip Campaigns."

  2. On the marketing program click the share icon:
  3. Select the outside team members you wish to share the program to, and a message if you would like and hit the "Share" button

 

Transactions

Creating a seamless workflow amongst your team is the goal in every business. Our Transaction checklists are great for making sure that nothing falls through the cracks. Creating a Transaction Template for each process of your Real Estate business will ensure that each member of your team is on the same page and that your team will also be able to see the progress of each transaction.

Your team members will have access to the Transaction Templates you create, allowing them to create checklists that have the proper workflow you’ve set in place. After all, consistency is key, especially in the processes of a business.

1. From the sidebar, select Transactions , then select Templates
2. Once you are on My Templates, locate the template that you want to share
3. To the right of the template name, locate the action icons. Once located, select the icon that appears as an arrow in a box to share

4. In the pop-up window that appears, select the outside team member(s) you would like to share with. Once you have selected your team member(s), select the "share" button!

 

Contacts

Finally, the most important sharing there is for a Real Estate Brokerage or Team -- Leads! 

1. From the sidebar, select Contacts, then select Contact List
2. Select the category or specific client names you wish to share by checking the boxes to the left of their name.
3. Under the "Actions" drop-down box select "Share Clients".
4. Select the Outside Team Member you would like to share your list with - click "Share Clients".
