How to send my verified REDX leads from

Vortex® to Wise Agent

Before sending leads to the Wise Agent CRM you must complete the Vortex® integration. Follow the steps here to complete the one-time integration setup.

Now you're ready to push the *verified contacts you've received from REDX to Wise Agent!

  1. Log in to your Vortex® account by visiting vortex.theredx.com
  2. Click on the REDX lead you'd like to send to Wise Agent to locate the Appended Data section in the bottom-right section of the Contact Card. 


  3. After speaking to your lead and verifying their contact details are accurate, click the Add to Contact icon next to each contact detail you've confirmed is correct. Each data point will have its own Add to Contact icon and must be confirmed for the data to be synced to Wise Agent. 


    *NOTE: REDX leads must be verified before being sent to your Wise Agent CRM. You will not have the option to sync the lead to Wise Agent until at least one name, and either one email address or phone number have been added to the contact as a verified piece of contact information. 

  4. A blue + Add to Wise Agent button will appear within the contact card after you've verified the necessary contact details. Click it to sync your contact into Wise Agent.   
    The lead transfer is quick and should only take a couple of seconds. Once complete you'll see a pop-up bubble displayed in the bottom-right corner of the contact. 

    NOTE: Contacts synced to Wise Agent will have a green verification mark. 


THAT'S IT! Now that your lead has been verified and added to the Wise Agent contact list, you can add your REDX lead to Drip Campaigns, set them up to receive monthly newsletters, or add them to any of your existing checklist templates. 


Vortex® & Wise Agent Integration FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about the integration and syncing verified leads from Vortex® to Wise Agent.

What is REDX?
REDX is the Lead Generation tool that provides agents and teams with high-quality leads for real estate prospecting and is designed to help agents source, manage, and contact potential leads efficiently. You can sign up to receive leads from one of their many lead types, including Expireds, GeoLeads, For Sale By Owners(FSBO), For Rent By Owners(FRBO), and Pre-Foreclosure leads. 

What is Vortex®?
Vortex® is the lead management platform offered to REDX subscribers for free. Using Vortex you can filter, track, and manage leads efficiently. In addition to useful tools like built-in scripts and the Power dialer, Vortex® users also have access to all-new integrations including the new Wise Agent integration which allows you to sync your REDX leads directly into the Wise Agent CRM.

Can I use the Vortex® integration with Wise Agent at the same time as another CRM integration (like Follow-Up Boss and Vortex®)?
No. The Vortex® integration will only work with one active CRM integration at a time. If you are set up to send your REDX leads from Vortex® to Wise Agent you cannot set up any other CRM integration to work simultaneously within Vortex®.

Can I push more than one lead to Wise Agent at a time? 
No. Since every lead must be verified prior to being synced into Wise Agent you can only push over one lead at a time. There are no options to perform a bulk sync into Wise Agent. 

Will my REDX lead keep the same lead source in Wise Agent that it had in Vortex®? 
Yes! Once your lead has been pushed to Wise Agent it should maintain the original REDX source it had upon creation. 

Can I push categories/tags from Vortex® to my Wise Agent dashboard? 
The categories saved in your Wise Agent dashboard are automatically synced into your Vortex® account and can be added to your lead before or after it has been synced to Wise Agent.

The category that I want to use is not available in my Vortex® account, can I create a new category within Vortex®?
No. If there is a new category that you would like to add to your verified contact, be sure to add the category to Wise Agent BEFORE you send the lead to Wise Agent. Click here for details on how to create new categories in Wise Agent.

I already sent my REDX lead to Wise Agent with the wrong category or no category. Can I update the lead with the new category? 
Yes. You will need to add your categories in Wise Agent, and then return to Vortex® to add the correct category to your lead. Click here for details on how to create new categories in Wise Agent.

How can I add a category to my REDX contact in Vortex® so that it transfers to Wise Agent? 
Now that you've added your category in Wise Agent, click on the Contact you'd like to add your categories to in Vortex® and click the + Categories button to view the list of Wise Agent categories available to select from in your Vortex® account. 

Once you select the categories you'd like to have transferred into Wise Agent, click Save
To remove categories, click the X on the tags to remove and click Save.

Are my Vortex® lead notes synced into the Wise Agent CRM when a lead is transferred to Wise Agent? 
Yes. REDX leads will have a note created in the Wise Agent dashboard upon being created in Wise Agent through the API Integration. This means any note added to the Contact Card in Vortex® will also be added to the Notes section in Wise Agent when they are created. 

Will new notes in Vortex® be added to Wise Agent? 
No. Only the notes that already existed on the lead will be sent over at the time of the sync. If there are notes you'd like to add to the lead be sure to add them BEFORE you push the lead to Wise Agent. Otherwise, you will need to add notes to the Wise Agent CRM manually. 

Are the contacts from REDX verified before they are sent to Wise Agent from my Vortex® platform?
Yes! Contacts generated by REDX are cross-checked against the DNC registry to ensure that you are not calling numbers on the national Do-Not-Call list.

In addition to being cross-checked against the national DNC registry, REDX leads cannot be pushed from Vortex® into Wise Agent until you have confirmed contact details are valid. Once you have connected with the lead and they have agreed to continue the conversation and confirmed their name and at least one piece of contact information (either one phone number or one email address) you can sync the lead into Wise Agent. This helps to ensure that you, the agent, Wise Agent, and Vortex® all remain TCPA compliant and also helps to maintain a clean book of business for you and your team.
