Adding an Outside Team Member:

Sending Team Request:

  1. Click the Gear button on the top right side of the page and click on "Outside Team."
  2. Under the "My Team" subheading, click on the plus icon.
  3. Enter the email address of the account you would like to send the request. You can also add a message to send along with your request.

Note: Outside team requests can only be sent to Agents with an active Wise Agent account. 

Accepting Team Request: Once an account has sent an OTM request to another account, the receiving agent will receive an email notification from Wise Agent.

The receiving agent will need to click on the link provided in the email. This will log them into their Wise Agent account where they can respond to the request.

Once the request has been accepted both agents will now see the other agent listed under the "Outside Team" page in their Wise Agent account.

Removing an Outside Team Member:

At any time, you can remove any of the accounts that are listed under your Outside Team. Keep in mind that this will NOT remove any of the shared items from the Outside Team member's account.

To remove an Outside Team member:

  1. Click the gear icon on the top-right corner and select "Outside Team."
  2. Click the ellipses next to the team member and choose "Remove."
  3. Confirm removal by clicking "Delete."

Granting Login Access: 

You can give an Outside Team member login access with either "Viewer" or "Editor" permissions. This is helpful for brokers, team leads, or anyone managing multiple accounts.

To grant login access:

  1. From the Outside Team page click on the menu icon on the team member contact card
  2. Click on "Grant Login Access"
  3. Select the access type (Viewer or Editor). 
  4. Click Grant Access
  5. You will then be redirected to a permissions page to set permissions on your team member's access.
