When you set up payment for your account initially, you authorized Wise Agent to process a payment to your credit card on a recurring basis.
Wise Agent does not lock you into a contract, so you can cancel at any time just by contacting us at billing@wiseagent.com. It is required that all cancellation requests be sent to us via email for tracking purposes. You will get an email confirming that your account has been canceled by one of our representatives. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please resend your request.
