Step 1: Obtaining Your Unique Lead Capture Email

    1. From the sidebar, select Integrations, then click Settings from the menu.
    2. On the Integrations Settings page, locate and click on the API Keys and Lead Email tab and click to expand.
    3. From this section, locate and copy your Lead Capture Email. This email address is specific to your Wise Agent account and is used for capturing leads from various sources.

Step 2: Update Your Lead Settings On Realtor.com

  1. Login to your Realtor.com Professional Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to your settings by clicking on your picture at the upper/right of the screen, and clicking Settings.

  3. In the navigation panel, click Lead Settings, under the Advertising category.
  4. Under Lead Settings scroll down to the Profile Leads section and select Change.
  5. Beneath Send Leads To, select CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and paste your Wise Agent Lead Capture email address in the designated section.
  6. Under the Email Format option, select Plain Text.
  7. Click Send Test and refresh your Wise Agent account to ensure the lead is populated.
  8. Repeat the same steps for all other lead types you are receiving, including Courtesy Leads, Connections℠ Plus Leads, and Advantage Pro Leads.
