Step 1: Obtaining Your Unique Lead Capture Email

- From the sidebar, select Integrations, then click Settings from the menu.
- On the Integrations Settings page, locate and click on the API Keys and Lead Email tab and click to expand.
- From this section, locate and copy your Lead Capture Email. This email address is specific to your Wise Agent account and is used for capturing leads from various sources.
Step 2: Update Your Lead Settings On Realtor.com
- Login to your Realtor.com Professional Dashboard.

Navigate to your settings by clicking on your picture at the upper/right of the screen, and clicking Settings.
- In the navigation panel, click Lead Settings, under the Advertising category.
- Under Lead Settings scroll down to the Profile Leads section and select Change.
- Beneath Send Leads To, select CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and paste your Wise Agent Lead Capture email address in the designated section.
- Under the Email Format option, select Plain Text.
- Click Send Test and refresh your Wise Agent account to ensure the lead is populated.
- Repeat the same steps for all other lead types you are receiving, including Courtesy Leads, Connections℠ Plus Leads, and Advantage Pro Leads.
