Once logged into your Wise Agent account, follow the steps below:

1. From the top row of buttons click Marketing > Landing Pages

2. From the templates select the "Open House" template and hit the green “Create” button

3. Create a name, description, and choose a source for your landing page, and hit “save and edit”

6. Customize your landing page

7. Edit your response page under the Menu section

8. Once your landing page is completed make sure the status is set to “active”

Now that you've created your Open House Landing page you are ready to use it for your upcoming Open House.

  1. All you will need to do now to use your new landing page is go to your Open House with a Laptop or Tablet Open Wise Agent click on Marketing and then on Landing Pages. Under your active Landing Pages click on the share link to the far right side of your saved landing pages.
  2. Once you've copied your link you will want to open up a new web browser and paste your link in the address bar then hit enter to open your live landing page.
  3. After opening your landing page you are now ready for potential leads to use your Open House landing page as a sign-in sheet.
      • When new leads sign on to your landing page they will automatically come into your Wise Agent.
      • You will be able to set automated Lead Rules so you can automatically work your new leads
