1. Go to the Marketing dropdown and click on Landing Pages.
2. You can then choose a landing page template that you want to use from our selection.
3. It also allows you to preview the landing page when you hover your mouse over the search icon, and you can then click on "Create."
4. You will need to create the name of your landing page, add a description, and select a source. You also can add a new source, and once done, click on the "Save and Create" button. (Sources are attached to each of the leads when they enter their information from your landing page)
5. You will then be routed to the landing page editor, where you can customize. The landing page is broken down into sections that you can edit separately.
6. On the left-hand side of your screen, you may click on the pencil icon to edit the settings, background, and colors and have the option to delete.
- Settings - By clicking on "Settings," a new menu will pop up, and on the upper right-hand side of your screen, you can select a color theme for your landing page from the palettes.
You can also select the view type, whether on a mobile, tablet, or the default settings, which is your desktop or a laptop.
You also have the option to customize the margin and the padding. You can check off the box to make the height on full screen. You can also adjust the position, and the width, change the font, the text alignment, the border size, and the inner background. Once you are done, click on "Save."
- Background - Selecting this button will allow you to customize or edit your landing page background. You can change the color theme from here and even change or remove the background image ( When you click on the "CHANGE IMAGE," it will let you select images from the system or upload your photo).
You also can change or customize the background filter and the color. Change the position center and size cover and select whether you want the inner shadow, a clip background, full screen, or no repeat. Once done, hit "Save."
- Colors - Select the color theme and customize the section colors, such as the title, the text, the background filter, the background color, the inner background, and the divider. After selecting the colors, you can click on the "Save" button.
7. On the left-hand side of your screen, you can click on the plus (+) button to add a section or copy the existing section you are on.
8. On the right-hand side, you will see the menu by clicking on the three vertical dots, and clicking the "x" button lets you exit from the menu.
9. On the menu, you will see the status of your landing page and preview your landing page using the magnifying glass icon. You will also see here the source, which allows you to edit it by clicking on the pencil icon, and you can add or edit the rules by clicking on the "Add or Edit rules for leads."
- Add or Edit rules for leads - You will be routed to the Lead Management page, where you can set up a rule for your leads from your landing page. Click on the plus (+) icon to create a rule.
First, select the source name attached to your landing page and fill out the fields. On the Rule tab, you can add the new leads to a drip campaign to your call lists for follow-up, add them to categories, and set up your email/cell email for alerts.
The Email Response tab allows you to set up an email to send automatically once a lead comes in from your landing page. You need to click on "Yes" You may also click on the "Content" button if you want to use the Stock Content or My Content. You also can include a Cloud CMA report, add a video (video should be no more than 40 seconds ), select a branding, add the subject line, and use the toolbars where you can add a youtube video or an image.
Below is our pre-designed email, which is customizable, and you do also have the option to preview the email response.
Next is the Text Response tab. From here, you can set up a text message response to send automatically. Just set it to Yes, select a Wise Text number under the dropdown which one you would like to use, select a placeholder, and you may also send a test.
You must have a WiseText subscription to use this feature.
For the AI Bot or our artificial intelligence bot, you must select Yes, a wise text number, and the target audience. ( Note, we recommend turning off Wise Text response if you want to activate this).

Lastly is the Distribution. This is where you can set up to distribute your leads to your team members. You can filter them by days of the week, zip code, or price range.

10. On the Response tab under Response Action, you can edit the response page and hit "Save" once done.
After submitting a form, the Redirect tab will allow you to redirect your leads to your chosen URL.
And the Refresh tab will allow your landing page to refresh after a form is submitted.
11. The MetaData section will allow you to edit your landing page's title, description, and preview image by clicking on the pencil icon.
12. The Google Tag Manager section allows you to add/edit container IDs and optimize container IDs by clicking the pencil icon to the right.
13. After customizing your landing page, you will see it on the list of your landing pages, where you can edit, preview, copy, or delete by clicking on the icons right below the image of your landing page.
14. You can connect a domain to your landing page by going to the search field, checking for an available domain, and adding it to your subscription. You may also click on the "Buy Domain" button. If you have your domain or bought it outside Wise Agent, you can share it with us and delegate access to your domains.

15. When you are ready to share your landing page, you can toggle it to active, and then a URL will be provided, which you can copy and include in your emails and social media pages. You can also click on the bit.ly URL, which will provide you with a bit.ly link that you can use, and you can also click on the Facebook Share option, which will share it to your Facebook page.
