Import from Top Producer 8i

Please export your contacts from Top Producer using the steps below - this way we can optimize the import and retain the maximum amount of information. Step 5 is very important :)

1. From the main menu, select Contacts > Search for Contacts.
2. Perform a search to locate the records you want to export.
3. From the Search Results table, use the check boxes to select the contact records you want to export or to select all records in the search
results set, select the check box in the table/column header.
4. Click the Export Contacts action link.
The Export Contacts screen opens.
5. **IMPORTANT** Select the export option "contact records and all associated items".
6. Click the Export button. The File Download dialog box appears.
7. Click Save. The Save As window opens.
8. Select a location for the .CSV file, and then click Save.

Once the new file is saved you can email it to help@wiseagent.com and I will gladly import it to your account.
