Accessing The Reporting Dashboard
- Log into your Wise Agent account.
- From the sidebar, select Dashboard ➜ Reports.

from the sidebar. When the Reporting Dashboard appears, you’ll find the top row showcasing 7 enterprise-exclusive brokerage reports, providing powerful insights tailored to your team’s performance!
💡 Each report is generated based on the current month's data by default.
You can easily adjust the date range by selecting a specific report, updating the Report Date Range, and clicking Get Report to view the updated data.
Calendar Events
This section shows the number of calendar events created and managed by your team. It helps track how actively agents are scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Calls Added
Displays the total number of calls added within each agent's account. This tracks how frequently your team is logging calls with clients and prospects, helping you assess outreach efforts.
Emails Sent
This section provides the number of emails sent by agents. It's useful for tracking email communication volume and ensuring follow-ups are being executed effectively.
Texts Sent
Shows the total number of text messages sent within each agent's account. Texts are a key touchpoint for client communication, and this helps monitor how agents are engaging through this channel.
Tasks Added
Displays the number of tasks added by your team. Task management is critical for productivity, and this section provides insight into how agents manage their to-do lists and responsibilities.
Contacts Added
Tracks the number of new contacts added to the CRM. This gives you a clear view of lead generation and new client acquisition efforts.
Logins
Shows the number of times agents have logged into the CRM. Frequent logins indicate active use, and this section helps you monitor agent engagement with the platform.
