You can only add one contact at a time from Mojo to Wise Agent :
  1. You must first activate the integration with Mojo by adding a contact from Wise Agent to Mojo either from the Call List or the Contact List. (Once the integration is activated Mojo users will have the option to push a contact over)

  2. When viewing a contact’s profile in Mojo there will be a “Wise Agent” button at the top of the profile page. Clicking the button will add the contact to Wise Agent.

You can set up email parsing with the instructions below:

1. Log into your Wise Agent account and click Contacts > Leads and copy your Wise Agent email address from the Lead Management page.
2. Login to your Mojo account.
3. Add your Wise Agent email address to the provided area for lead notification emails so your leads are also sent to your Wise Agent email address.
4. Submit a test inquiry. Then check your Wise Agent contact list to see if the lead made it into your Wise Agent account

If you receive the email notification, but the lead does not enter your Wise Agent account, forward the email notification it to help@wiseagent.com letting us know you are trying to set up Email Parsing and the name of the source you are wanting to set it up for.
