1. Set Up Your Profile

To get started with your profile, you'll want to click on the gear icon on the right-hand side of the screen and then on the profile tab. Once you're on the profile page, you'll be able to upload your agent photo by clicking on the upload icon and then browsing the server for a picture.

You can also upload your company logo by clicking on the 'Change Logo' button below the picture and then choosing from our drop-down. If we don’t have your logo, send it to help@wiseagent.com. Be sure to enter all of your information for the starred items such as your first and your last name, your email, and also your city and state.

You'll also be able to upload your team member information from this page. You can find more information about our different team solutions and setting up team permissions here.

2. Create Your Email Signature

Emails are one of the easiest ways to stay in touch with your database.  You want them to be attractive and professional, and Wise Agent’s got you covered! Email Signatures are easy to build in your Wise Agent account. Email signatures include your agent photo, contact information, and logo. Every email or newsletter should be branded with your Agent information.

To begin, click on the Profile button.  Make sure your information is correct and complete, including your company logo and agent photo.

Next, you will need to decide if you want to use one of Wise Agent’s templates or create your own email signature. You can also import an email signature that you already have designed or purchase customized email stationery from a third party. If you’re starting from scratch, Wise Agent offers complimentary stock signature templates that are available in different colors and styles. They will wrap around each email sent through your account. When creating your template, the photo, logo, and personal information will be pulled from your "Profile" page.

3. Get Your Contacts and Leads Into the System

Consolidating your database is important. You want to make sure that you transfer all of your contacts into your new Wise Agent CRM. Therefore, we want you to have the smoothest setup possible, so it’s important that it gets done correctly the first time. Having all of your data together in one spot makes it easy to send out blasts emails or mass texts.

Wise Agent offers several different methods to add your contacts and leads to your database. Here is the recommended order in which you should add your contacts:

  1. Start by syncing: Sync your Google contacts and calendar to your Wise Agent account. By doing this you will save time and keep all of your information organized. Here’s a complete video tutorial on how to do this.
  2. Import from a file: Secondly, export from your current system to an Excel or CSV file.  After that, you can import them using one of the options on the Import/Export page, or email the file to help@wiseagent.com and we will format them for you.
  3. Set up Lead Integrations: Get those leads automatically flowing into your Wise Agent CRM. Our real estate CRM includes easy-to-use lead forms that can be used on your website.
  4. Manually add one at a time: Contacts can be added manually by selecting “Add Contact” from the “Contacts” menu from the sidebar.
