To create a CSV file containing only your contacts' names and addresses:

1. From the top row of buttons, click Contacts > Import/Export.
2. Click the blue "Mailing List" icon under the Export Contacts options 
3. At the top of the page where it says "Category", you can select a specific category you would like to export and click Go. Then, click the "Select All" box above your first client and click "Export Selected".

Now, a window will prompt you to "Open" or "Save" the file. If you select "Open" the file will open up in Excel. If you select "Save", please make sure to save it under your "My Documents" folder so you can find the file later.
