You can set up an automated drip campaign for Holidays using our Marketing Program feature. Here's how:
1. Click on the Marketing tab - located on the single row of buttons at the top of your account - and click on Drip Campaigns
2. Click the "Add Program" button (NOTE: if you only see the "START" button, click that instead)
3. Select the number of events (holidays) and for the days between each event, just enter 30 (we will customize that later), then click "Next".
4. Name the program, choose a color (this is just for you - the color the notification will be on your calendar), check the "Auto-Send" box, scroll down to the very bottom, and click "Next".
5. Now, it's going to walk you through creating the email (aka "Event") for each Holiday:
--Type the name of the holiday under "Event Name" and select "fixed-date".
--Using the little calendar icon, select the date you wish the email to be sent.
--For 'Action Type' select "send email".
--Enter your Subject and Name Format, and create your email in the big empty box. You can use Wise Agent's Holiday email templates if you would like; just click the "Email Templates" link located just above the message field, select Holidays, hit Go, and click on the one you choose.
--Click "Next" to advance to the next event / holiday. Repeat step 5 until all the holidays are set up.
6. Last, you will select the clients you'd like to attach to your program and hit "Finish".
