Step 1: Create Your Agreement in the Miami Association of Realtors® Bridge Interactive portal and Request Access to the dataset
In order to request access to your Miami Association of Realtors® data feed, you must apply for access by completing a questionnaire, creating an agreement, and requesting approval to access the Miami MLS dataset. These steps are all completed by you and your broker of record. Wise Agent has no access to view the status of your request, nor can our MLS support team provide direction on how to complete the agreement outside of the steps outlined below.
For additional assistance, you will need to connect with the Miami Association of Realtors® support team or the support team at Bridge Interactive API.

Important Notes
- Miami MLS provides this feed at no cost if it’s your only feed. If you already have another feed (IDX with another vendor), Miami MLS may apply additional fees. Please confirm directly with Miami Association of Realtors® MLS if this applies to your account. Wise Agent has no say in whether or not a data feed/integration will be charged to members.
- If you are not the Broker/Owner for the MLS office you are applying for, you will need to ensure that the agreement is completed and signed within Bridge by your Broker. Wise Agent does not have access to view whether or not an agreement has been approved/completed.
