If you would like to edit/replace the name of an Inside Team Member, complete Step 1 only.

 

If you are syncing your Wise Agent calendar with Google and would like to change the name of an Inside Team Member, please complete Steps 1 and 2.

 

STEP 1:

Send a request to Customer Support with the name of the current team member and the name of the person that will replace their position on your team. Our Development team will change the name in Wise Agent for you. You will be responsible for changing any other information (ie: phone numbers, email address, etc.)

 

STEP 2:

Once the team member name has been changed on your "Profile" in Wise Agent - you'll also want to update/change the calendar name (WA_Previous Member Name) to (WA_New Member Name) in Google. Please follow these steps below.

 

1. Login to your Google account, and open your Calendar (using the link at the top of your Google account)
2. Click "My calendars" and locate WA_Previous Member Name
3. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the calendar name, and select "Calendar settings"
4. Under the Calendar Name field, rename the calendar to WA_New Member Name (make sure to leave the space between first and last name)
5. Click "Save"
