There's no denying that no matter where your contacts are in the transaction process, communication is key. Whether your contact has just been generated or you have already initiated a quality conversation with them to qualify their needs, keeping an open line of communication with them is imperative. This is why keeping accurate call logs and notes is invaluable in making sure that you and your team are doing everything possible to move them along in their home-buying or home-selling journey. 

With the Built-in Power Dialer by WAVV you always have quick and easy access to your call history in both the contact record, as well as your Power Dialer settings modal. 

To learn how to access your Call History in your WAVV Power Dialer and also learn how to navigate the data provided follow the steps below. 

  1. Login to the Wise Agent dashboard and click Integrations then click Settings.
  2. Click the Built-in Power Dialer by WAVV option and then click the settings cogwheel next to "Manage Subscription."
    (NOTE: You can also access your WAVV Power Dialer settings from your Call List. Dashboard> Call List> Click the Settings icon next to Start Dialer.)
  3. Click Call History to open your Call History.

In the Call History tab, you have access to the calls you've placed for a rolling three-month period. This means you will have access to a call within this list for up to three months. After 90 days, the call will no longer be available within this list, but call notes will remain in the Contact Record for that lead. 

Export All: The Export All button button available in the top-right corner of the Call History tab will download a CSV file automatically. The export will contain the date, time, phone number and duration of each call available within the current list. 

Search: Use the search bar to search for a specific call within your Call History. (You can search by full or partial phone numbers. Calls will automatically be sorted based on the most recent call placed.) 

Date: The date column displays the date the call was placed. 

Number: The number column displays the phone number that was called.

Duration: The duration column will display the length of the call that was placed. 

Recording: The recording column will provide you with the option to playback a call that was recorded. This column has three available icons that can be utilized. 
Playback: Listen to your recording.
Download: Download the audio file of the call recording.
Call Summary: Save an AI-generated transcript of your recorded call. (The Call Summary feature is a Beta Feature and must be toggled on in the Beta Features tab of your Power Dialer modal.)
