To Integrate WiseAgent into AMS, a client would need to follow this two-step process:
Step 1: Log Into Your Automated Agent System
Step 2: Select 'Hotlines' from the left side menu
Step 3: Click on your 800 Number
Step 4: Click on the tab that reads 'Settings'
• Under the section 'When new voice messages are left on hotline' choose Yes for 'Notify Me' and choose 'Email' for 'Notify Via'
• Enter in your custom email address from WiseAgent
• Save your changes
Step 5: Click on 'Voice Scripts'
• Select the boxes on the left side of the screen (under the delete button); one selected, click 'Message Notification Setting' from the pink bar on the upper right-hand side.
• Your browser will prompt you to click 'OK' to continue
• From the drop-down menu that asks you to choose 'Priority of Message Notification' and 'No Message Notification', choose 'HIGH' (x 2) and 'Save' changes
You will then see two envelopes under the Alerts column that will indicate all is setup correctly!
How to set up Email Parsing:

Log into your Wise Agent account, click Contacts > then on the Lead Rules tab. From the Lead Management page copy your Wise Agent email address under “Email Leads:”

Log into your AMS website and paste your Wise Agent email to your leads notifications section
