Why should I not include an automated text response with my AI Bot response in my lead rules?

Wise Agent's AI Bot will begin automatically conversing with leads when they come into the CRM from your selected source. If you set your text response to 'Yes,' you will be sending this lead multiple text messages within a short period of time. Also, depending on the automated text message response content, you could be sending your leads conflicting information. You will want to make sure the content of your automated response aligns with any questions the bot may ask to qualify your lead. 

For example, if you would not want to ask a question in your automated text response that the AI Bot would also ask, such as "Are you looking to buy or sell at this time?"

Your lead may have already answered the text response before the AI Bot began conversing with the new lead. 

Take the time to plan any automated marketing you send out, and make sure to test it as well!
