You can add your physical signature to your Wise Agent letter/email content by following the steps below.

First, you will need to upload your signature to your computer. You can sign on a piece of paper to create your signature and then scan that to your computer or you can use an e-sign platform like DocuSign or DocHub to create a digital signature online and save that to your computer as a jpeg or png.

Once you have your digital signature saved to your computer:

  1. Login to Wise Agent click on the "Tools" drop-down menu and then select "Images"
  2. On your Image Manager screen click on the green "upload image" button and select your signature image from your computer to upload to your Wise Agent account
  3. Once your image has been uploaded, click on the Marketing drop-down and then on Content Library. 
  4. From your Letter/Email Content list, click on the pencil icon next to any of your letter/email content.
  5. Once on the Add/Edit Content page, on the text editor, click on the image icon to select your signature from your "Image Manager."
  6. On the Image Properties pop-up click on the "browse server" button and then select the image of your signature from the image gallery. (click ok to add the image)
  7. Now that you've added your image to the signature field of your letter/email content, you can click the Save button to save it.
