Where Can I Find The Accounting Tool?
Simply navigate to the sidebar of your account and select "Tools" ➝ "Accounting."
Listed below are descriptions for each section on our Accounting page:
Tax/ Accounting Help
The "Tax/ Accounting Help" section allows you to conveniently record your income & expenses, which will be included on your generated "Annual Tax Report" (detailed below).
Here's a brief explanation of each field:
Date: The date when the income or expense occurred.
Time: The time of the transaction, if applicable.
Place: The location where the transaction took place.
Income/Expense Type: From the drop-down menu, you can select the type of income/ expense you are documenting.
Amount: The monetary value of the transaction, either in dollars ($) or miles (if applicable).
Business Purpose: A brief description of the property sale, expense purpose, or service provided (e.g., "Marketing for Property Listing" or "Office Rent").
Business Relationship: The relationship of the transaction to the business (e.g., client meeting, vendor payment).
Description: Any additional details or notes about the transaction.
Mileage Report
Our Mileage Report feature is designed to simplify your mileage tracking and reporting tasks. With this feature, you can effortlessly log your business-related travels and ensure accurate reimbursement and tax deductions.

The Annual Tax Report feature, generated based on income and expenses entered on the "Tax/ Accounting Help" page, provides a comprehensive overview of your financial transactions throughout the year. Income Tracking: The report meticulously logs various sources of income, including closed sales, commissions, rental income, and miscellaneous earnings.
